Tenant Information
We manage property for owners who have hired us to act as their agent. We represent the landlord, and take on those duties. The rental property information is free.

We are not a pre-paid rental listing agency that sells you a list of available properties.

Please look at our available properties for rent. If you see one that interests you, please drive by it. After the showing if you would like to rent the property you can fill out the application located on this website and we can begin the qualifiation process right a way. 

Below is a summary of the application process.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO RENT AN APARTMENT , CONDOMINIUM OR HOUSE

APPLICATION – You can get an Application from us when you view the property, or better yet, as we stated above, you can obtain one on this website. Please fill out the Application completely. All occupants must be named. There is a $50 per adult application fee. Checks are acceptable. You can also make payment through the web-site. After you have completed the application and paid the application fee you will be emailed a link to SmartMoves, a credit check service provided through Transunion Credit Bureau were you will be able to request the required credit and background check. The report will be emailed to NWP for review. By utililizing Smartmoves we do not need to collect your sensitive personal information.

PROCESSING TIME - We try to process the application as quickly as possible, generally within 24 hours. 

   AFTER APPROVAL – Rental Agreements will be signed and you will receive your keys when your total move-in cost is paid. No personal checks for your move-in balance. It must be in the form of a cashiers check, or money order.


WHO WE WILL RENT TO – We do not discriminate because of race, color, creed or national origin, marital status, age, sex, source of income, or other forms of discrimination prohibited by law. We do, however, have an obligation to accept only those applicants who are able to pay the rent, are willing to care for their residence, and are considerate of the rights of their neighbors.

ONCE A TENANT – We strictly enforce the prompt payment of the rent when due.

The best time to call is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We take lunch around the noon hour. If we are not in, leave your name and number,  We do want to get back to you.

Security Deposit
Most tenants want to maximize their Security Deposit refund when they move out of a property. Following is a general guide.

1) Give a proper 30 Day Notice, in writing. You will be responsible for a full 30 days rent after your notice is received by our office.

2) Stay current with your rent. Your Security Deposit is not your last month's rent. The last month at the property you still need to pay rent.

3) After you move out, you need to return the keys, garage remotes, etc. You are responsible for rent until they are returned. Don't just leave the keys on the counter at the property on your last day. We need to know that you have vacated.

4) Supply us with your forwarding address.

5) Leave the property in good condition. We will not charge you for reasonable wear and tear, but for anything beyond that, there will be a charge. The most common charges are for cleaning and hauling. Don't just leave behind what you don't want to keep. Clean the property. If you clean the carpets use a professional or, if you do it yourself, follow the carpet cleaning unit instructions carefully.
